WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?
1 HOUR CLICK & COLLECT
Most products will be in-stock at your local store and can be collected within 1 hour of placing your order (during store opening hours). View Store Opening Hours.
2-5 DAY CLICK & COLLECT
If the store does not have your item in stock it will be sent from the central warehouse, these products are clearly labelled with a longer time frame. The store will contact you as soon as they receive your order.
HOW DO I PLACE MY CLICK & COLLECT ORDER?
STEP 1: SHOP ONLINE
You can see the delivery timeframe available on the product page before adding a product to your cart. Add the products into your shopping cart and when you are ready, proceed to the Checkout.
STEP 2: SELECT CLICK & COLLECT AT THE CHECKOUT
Select Click & Collect as your preferred delivery method. If you have more than one item in your cart, you will see the Click & Collect timeframe for each product.
STEP 3: WAIT TO HEAR FROM YOUR LOCAL STORE
Your store will contact you when your order is ready. Your tools will be assembled and fueled prior to collection, so they are ready to use when your get them home!

HOME DELIVERY: DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR
- Choose Home Delivery if you wish to have your order delivered to your chosen address.
- Delivery times are estimated between 2 - 5 business days, depending on your location.
- Home Delivery is not available to PO Boxes.
- Once your order has been shipped, we will email you with a tracking link.
- For speed & efficiency we dispatch all Home Delivery orders from a central warehouse. Orders received by 2pm leave the same day
